Open Call for Founding Members - December 1, 2021

Autonomous Communities for Regenerative Economies (ACRE) hereby form a decentralized impact investment club using the latest Web3 tools and adopt the ACRE Impact token.

What is ACRE DAOs?

ACRE DAOs is a decentralized impact investment club and Web3 access portal to the community of ACRE Invest token holders.

Who should join ACRE DAOs?

You should consider joining the ACRE DAOs community if you are interested in exploring the use of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and other blockchain-based innovations for making virtual asset investments that have a positive impact in the real world.

How is membership eligibility determined?

The application process is designed to maximize access and participation among a diverse set of stakeholders, while also protecting the community from trolls, spam accounts and persons looking to use the Open Call for financial speculation.

Wallet addresses approved through this process will receive a deposit of 1,000 ACRE Impact tokens required to be held in that wallet to access the ACRE DAOs members portal and private Discord server.

When do I find out if my application has been accepted?

Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the month of December 2021. Please allow up to 48hours for processing and token deposit if your application is approved. Follow our public social channels for updates or connect your wallet at anytime to check the status of your application.

What are the benefits of being a Founding Member?

Founding Members will have a unique role to play during the first quarter of 2022 and beyond, including:

(1) co-create a written mission statement and community guidelines,

(2) determine eligibility for ACRE Impact token rewards, NFT badges and other community incentives for valuable contributions to community valued outcomes, and

(3) decide criteria and process for admitting new members via future token airdrops.

Founding Membership status is only available to individuals who join during the Open Call in December 2021. Founding Membership applications will close at 23:59 EST on December 31, 2021.

Is ACRE DAOs a DAO?

No. ACRE DAOs is a tokenized community with a Web3 technology portal created by virtual network services provider ACREinvest to provide services to a decentralized community of individuals and DAOs who may choose to use the portal to organize DAOs for the purpose of making specific investments or taking collective actions of their own effort and design. Updated June 2, 2022 to specify that ACRE DAOs is a "tokenized community" of individuals and DAOs.

What are the services provided by ACRE DAOs?

The ACRE DAOs portal provides Web3 infrastructure for private conversations with others who share values, interests and goals for making a positive impact in the world through investments in virtual assets.

Can I make investments directly through the portal?

No. Not yet. At inception ACRE DAOs is a forum for conversation, collaboration, research and coordination among members of a decentralized impact investment club. Members can organize among themselves to structure and execute specific investments in any new or existing virtual assets that facilitate peer-to-peer (or peer-to-project) direct transfer of value.

Is the ACRE Impact token a governance token?

No. The ACRE Impact token is a pure utility token that provides access to the community via the ACRE DAOs portal and is used by the community to measure the value of each member's contribution according to the standards and mission defined by the group.

How will the ACRE Impact token be distributed?

Update June 2, 2022: ACRE Impact tokens were not for sale prior to June 1, 2022.

The ACRE DAOs community has designated a supply of 120,000,000 $ACRE to support commerce on acreopportunity.com. This amount represents 5.31% of the total fixed supply of 2,260,419,200, of which 452,083,840 was made available for circulation in the Genesis Mint on November 26, 2021.

• No tokens were pre-sold prior to community launch on December 1, 2021.

• Limited distribution to date has been earned by individuals and DAOs contributing to the community.

• The ACRE DAOs community has NOT collectively raised funds from passive investors.

Is there an ACRE DAOs community treasury?

Updated June 2, 2022: Yes. The ACRE DAOs treasury wallet at acredaos.eth is currently valued at >US$1,132.00, earned largely from prize winnings @ the Forefront<>Coinvise Tokenized Community Hackathon in April 2022.

Will ACREinvest list ACRE Impact tokens on any DEX or centralized exchanges?

No. ACREinvest has created the ACRE tokens for use within the community. To further incentivize and reward valuable contributions to the community, ACREinvest is planning to establish a Sponsorship Pool equal to or greater in value to the supply of ACRE Impact tokens held by the membership as valued on a 1:1 basis with a USD stablecoin. Our intention is that members be able to redeem their tokens for cryptocurrencies with monetary utility. Further details on the mechanism and terms for how members can redeem tokens for stablecoins from the Sponsorship Pool will be announced in Q1 2022. I have a regenerative business or project idea, can I submit a proposal to ACRE DAOs for funding?

If you are an entrepreneur or project leader, we encourage you to join the community and promote your work through written posts shared within the portal and through conversations with other members. Any mechanism or opportunity for direct funding would need to be determined by individual members who may be interested in financially supporting your project, or investing in your business, in accordance with relevant securities, AML/KYC and other laws as applicable.
